Course Overview
Good accident investigations identify immediate and root causes and then develop actions to prevent recurrence. They should eliminate causes and correct deficient management systems. Learn how to ask the right questions when you interview injured workers and witnesses. Participate in a workshop that will allow you to apply your skills for interviewing, identifying root causes and developing effective recommendations for improvement. (4 hours)

By the end of this training program, you will be able to:

* Gather information to establish the facts.
* Conduct an effective root cause analysis.
* Develop recommendations and actions to prevent recurrence.
* Document findings and follow-up.
