Interior or exterior areas are eligible; awards are not limited to any specific category of building nor any specific areas within the structure. Applications may be submitted by any design professional or Woodwork Institute affiliate that was contractually tied to the project; however, project specifications must have required Woodwork Institute’s Certified Compliance or Monitored Compliance program. Each application must also include at least six high-resolution (300 dpi) color prints of the project, an architect/designer’s statement, and a woodworker’s statement.
All approved entries will be highlighted on the Woodwork Institute’s website and Archetype magazine.
Award-winning entries become the property of the Woodwork Institute for unrestricted use. The Woodwork Institute assumes no responsibility for loss of or damage to materials submitted. Applications must be received by April 30 to be considered for that year’s awards selection.
